Insight and predictability based on real-time data is the first step to information-driven grid management. Our specialty is the acquisition and processing of time-critical, high-quality data from substations. Our SASensor solution makes it possible to collect operating data from substations in a simple, fast and flexible way.

The quality of the data is checked for accuracy and consistency. The system is supplier independent and can be expanded with functionality from third parties. We work in an ecosystem of innovation partners and contribute to the Linux Foundation Energy.

SASensor sets the foundation for a centralized protection and control architecture, where protection, automation and control applications are executed on a central redundant platform at the substation level. SASensor also supports vendor specific IEDs based on IEC 61850.
